- Service Delivery: Responding to SMS/Voice inquiries and routing urgent matters to our team.
- AI Training (Internal Only): Improving the accuracy of our specific business responses.
- Processing: We use secure third-party processors (like Groq) to handle AI logic, but your data is never sold or used to train public, foundation models.

We maintain a “Zero-Sharing” policy for mobile data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. * This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
