By opting into the LB Lotus LLC (“ProBot Assistant”) messaging service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Description
LB Lotus LLC provides automated AI-driven business assistance. This includes, but is not limited to: responding to customer inquiries, providing service information, scheduling reminders, and sending website/SEO status updates. Messages are sent via automated technology (including Large Language Models).
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the AI Assistant. You will typically receive messages only when you initiate a conversation or when a specific service alert is triggered by your account.
3. Pricing and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. LB Lotus LLC does not charge you for receiving text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
4. Support and Help
To receive assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or email lindsey@theabstractalchemist.com. Our AI or human staff will respond to guide you through the service.
5. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to our number. * After you send the message “STOP,” we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
- Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-initiate a conversation.
6. Carrier Disclaimer
The following carriers are supported: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and other major and minor regional networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your mobile information is handled with strict confidentiality. As stated in our Privacy Policy, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
