By using the ProBot Assistant or our SMS/AI services provided by LB Lotus LLC, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The “AI Secretary” Disclaimer

  • Nature of Service: Our services utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide automated assistance. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally produce incorrect information or “hallucinations.”
  • No Professional Advice: Communications from the AI Assistant do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • Final Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying any critical information provided by the AI before taking action based on that information.

2. SMS & Messaging Terms

  • Consent: By providing your phone number, you authorize LB Lotus LLC to send you text messages related to your inquiries.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the assistant.
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the AI Secretary to:

  • Generate or transmit “spam,” predatory, or harassing content.
  • Attempt to “jailbreak” or reverse-engineer the AI logic to bypass safety filters or credit systems.
  • Upload or transmit sensitive personal data (SSNs, credit card numbers) through the chat interface.

4. Credits & Subscription

  • Usage-Based Services: Access to AI features (Newsletter, SEO, etc.) is governed by a credit system.
  • No Refunds: Credits purchased or allocated as part of a tier are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify credit costs for specific features as API costs from our providers (Groq/DeepInfra) change.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LB Lotus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the AI service, including but not limited to business interruptions or data inaccuracies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the AI Secretary at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
